3 Month Photos

Here are the pictures that we had taken at Wal-Mart on 8/14/09 for Hadley's 3 month photos. She was 13 weeks old. We're going to take her in again today b/c they have a promotion going on where you can get 5 sheets of photos for free, so I figured why not!!! Hope you enjoy!

Update

Okay...so I have gotten a little behind with posts, but here is what has been going on. Last week - on Wednesday the 12th my parents came out for another visit. It was nice spending time with them and for them to see Hadley and how much she has changed since they had seen her last. We went fishing with them once and just hung out and enjoyed each others company. Also went out to eat a few times and made some nice meals here at home too - Geno made almond crusted walleye which was really good!!! We also got Hadley's 3 month photos taken at wal-mart which we haven't gotten back yet...soon as we get them I'll scan them in and post them. We didn't take to many pics while my parents were here...but Hadley really officially had her first laughing episode with my Mom which was really cute. Saturday we went fishing on Lake Oahe and caught some smallmouths and walleyes, Geno caught his first northern pike on the Missouri River there are a lot of them in there but we hadn't ever caught one.

On Sunday night at 3am Hadley woke up crying....which was really strange since she had been sleeping throughout the night for some time now. So I fed her and she started eating at first but then stopped and proceeded to cry. She felt warm so I took her temperature and it was 100.8. We gave her some Tylenol and got her back to sleep and she woke in the morning fussy again. So after my parents had left that Monday morning I called the Doctor and got her in for an appt. Turns out she had a virus with the blood work they took. That Monday night her fever spiked to 104.4 which made me very nervous so I called the ER and they said to keep doing what we were doing and also give her a lukewarm bath to cool her down. We did that and it helped. It was finally Wednesday when her fever when down to a normal range but she still wasn't herself. She wasn't eating well and was spitting up a lot. She finally went back to daycare on Friday and she is starting to eat better. So it has been a very long week with not a lot of sleep for Geno or I. I would stay home with her in the morning and then Geno would come home at lunch and I would go in to work for the afternoon.

Yesterday she was much better and mostly back to her normal self smiling and all. She still isn't eating her normal amount but she is getting there. Some friends of ours offered to take her for a few hours so that we could get some sleep. We did and boy it was nice to get in a long uninterrupted nap!!! Last night she slept from about 10:30pm to 5:45am so she is getting close to her normal routine. She is eating better today and seems like her usual self!!!! And we are so glad b/c it wasn't fun having a sick baby and feeling helpless since they can't tell you what is wrong except for the crying and crying....and sleepless nights!

Oh and on Friday....Geno brought her home from daycare and I was lying down in bed, he put Hadley down on her playmat on her back and went to the bathroom and when he came back out she was on her tummy!!! So we both missed her first roll over. She hasn't done it since but has come very close....here is a video of her trying:
